Have you always been asking what is the best coffee in the world?

Much as we wish to response with a straight forward answer, there is no such thing as the best coffee in reality! Just like wine, coffee preference is a very personal matter. My liking of one coffee may be a complete opposite to yours and vice versa.

A good example is that many Japanese would pay top dollar to enjoy Blue Mountain coffee from Jamaica. The North Americans, however prefer the full bodied Sumatra Mandheling and it has long been their favorite.

Coffee cupping (tasting) helps us discover what origin of coffee as individuals we prefer by systematically evaluating the different characteristics of coffees available worldwide.
