Alternatively you buy it off-the-shelf from our showroom located at 49 Kampong Bahru Road (CLICK for map and directions). Operating Hours: Mon to Sat 9am to 6pm. Closed: Sun and PH.
Ordering Limitations
Due to possible quick turnovers of our orders, Highlander Coffee Pte Ltd may at times have to restrict the number of certain items that you intended to or have already purchased. When certain items are limited in stocks, Highlander Coffee Pte Ltd reserves its rights to limit your purchase quantities to a lower amount. During times that you have ordered more quantity than we can supply, we will communicate with you and provide you different options available at that time. We promise you, the customers, that we give our continued commitment to fulfill your order request. However, in all circumstances, Highlander Coffee Pte Ltd reserves its rights to refuse any order. Reason(s) of such refusal will be communicated to you. There is no refund provided for all items. Only exchange is allowed.
Prices
Prices listed online are NETT. We DO NOT charge GST (Goods and Services Taxes).
Payment
Assignment of goods for delivery will only be activated after full payment has been made. There are 4 payment methods to choose from as follows:
1. By Online Credit Card Transaction:
Submit your credit card details via PayPal secure servers ONLY for Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Credit card payments are charged to your account when you place your order.

Delivery
Local Delivery (Singapore)
- Our products are delivered by via Courier. Shipping duration is generally within 1 week (from when payment has been received by Highlander Coffee Pte Ltd) depending on the location of the customer. In the event that our couriers return the goods to us as undeliverable for any reason, additional delivery charges may apply to cover the cost of redelivery. If orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery charges deducted from any refund amount given.
- Shipping is FREE within mainland Singapore for total orders of above $100. Shipping cost of $15.00 will be automatically added to your total checkout bill when your order value is less than S$100.00.
- Prices quoted are NETT and in Singapore dollars. We do not charge GST.
- Once orders are confirmed, no cancellations and refund requests are allowed unless under special circumstances.
- Kindly allow 3 - 5 working days for processing and delivery of your order within mainland Singapore.
Overseas Delivery
- Customs regulations may prevent us from shipping certain products to certain geographical locations. Highlander Coffee Pte Ltd will assist in facilitating customs approval by providing the ingredients declaration forms as and when required. However, you will be notified if we are unable to ship specific items to the address you have selected.
- Highlander Coffee Pte Ltd will not be held responsible in the event that orders delivered are rejected by the customs authority of your geographical location. Additional costs incurred in re-directing or cancellation of the orders will be borne by the customers.
- All orders are subject to confirmation. Kindly allow at least 2 weeks for processing and delivery of your order.
- Shipping charges apply and are based on total product weight and geographical location. Actual delivery and handling charges will be advised 1 to 3 days after order confirmation and added to your order. You will be asked to make another secured payment for shipping charges through PayPal.
- Any changes to orders placed must be made at least 5 working days prior to the delivery schedule. Changes to orders are subject to stock availability.
- Once orders are confirmed, no cancellations and refund requests are allowed unless under special circumstances.
Pricing Changes
There are many factors that are out of our control. Due to these reasons, prices are subject to change without prior notice. Despite our constant effort to provide our visitors and buyers the most updated information, there will be inevitable a chance that our items may be priced at a different pricing level.
In the event a product is advertised with incorrect information such as but not limited to incorrect prices, incorrect functionality promoted, incorrect pictures shown, typographical error, photographical error, technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Highlander Coffee Pte Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such products.
