Story of the Innovative Brewer
In a bustling Japanese city known for its coffee culture, Ryo John Ito, a dedicated Coffee Trainer and Lover OF Bathtub Coffee, noticed a problem: traditional brewing methods were too complex for many. John aimed to simplify brewing for all.
Motivated by his passion, John developed an innovative coffee brewer using 3D printing for quick prototyping. Learning from existing brewers, he created ‘SIMPLIFY the Brewer’. This user-friendly device was the result of hard work and innovation, offering simplicity and efficiency in making high-quality coffee.

Extremely easy to brew
Just pour from start to finish at the centre for 30 seconds! One step power pour!
Recommended Recipe
- Place a paper filter in the Brewer, and rinse the filter.
- Pour water into the center of 15g of finely ground coffee (avoid circular motions).
- Once you’ve poured 230g of water over the coffee, stop at 30 seconds.
- Wait for 60 to 90 seconds until all the water has dripped from the brewer.
- Serve and enjoy!

It’s incredibly lightweight, highly durable, offers excellent resistance to impacts, and has very low thermal conductivity.
- A quarter lower in thermal conductivity than glass or ceramic ensure better temperature stability
- Tritan™ is known for its exceptional durability and resistance to impact, making it suitable for long-term use.
- The density of Tritan™ is 1.18, making it lighter than glass or ceramic. The Brewer itself weighs only around 60g.
