The Solis Grind & Infuse Perfetta is a semi-automatic espresso machine that has all the features you need to make the perfect espresso, cappuccino, or other coffee drinks. The ZERO STATIC™ grinder has 25 grinding settings to ensure that your coffee beans are perfectly ground, and the micro timer and memory function ensure accurate dosing to the tenth of a second every time. The soft pre-infusion gently moistens the ground coffee under low pressure before extraction at high pressure for a balanced taste.
This coffee machine also has an adaptive PID controller that continuously monitors and stabilizes the water temperature to fully bring out the aromas of your coffee. You can also adjust the brewing temperature up to 5°C higher or lower to get your perfect cup every time. With the professional 360-degree steam wand and hot water function, you can create barista-quality milk foam with a sweet, balanced taste for the tastiest cappuccinos and latte macchiatos.
The machine has a removable 2.6-liter water tank with a BRITA INTENZA water filter to improve water quality and coffee taste. The digital micro timer gives you full control over your coffee, with a multifunctional 3-digit display that shows the grinding and brewing time to the tenth of a second and support messages.
